Job Description

Right now, the team supporting startups during their international market entry and scale-up is looking for an exceptional talent to join.

 

Responsibilities

Outgoing sales: focusing on a targeted account list and developing plans for winning new business.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through calls, individual outreach, and map stakeholders

Build a pipeline of deals and close them with C-Level decision-makers

Keep track of customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data

 

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years selling EOR and/or Recruitment services to startups

OR

Full cycle agency recruiter for US and Europe-based positions with outbound calls in Medtech and/or Enterprise Software.

A track record of developing new clients in a greenfield territory, adding new logos.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-level business executives.

Hunter mentality with problem-solving skills and appetite for continuous learning.

Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hebrew. Knowledge of additional European languages, such as German, French or Spanish can be an advantage.

 

This is a 100% remote opportunity and can be full-time or part-time. Long term prospects for a successful incumbent will include focusing on talent acquisition or EOR exclusively, or building a team.
