Job Description

Our client is a unique startup with a clear mission to harness the power of artificial intelligence for the visually impaired. They created an innovative, smart and wearable device with an intuitive interface to enhance the daily lives of people.

Your tasks as a customer consultant in the office
- Personal contact for interested customers
- Customer service: answering incoming phone calls and providing information on products
- Individual advice and support: processing incoming customer enquiries digitally and in writing and evaluating them over the phone
- Forwarding sales-ready customer contacts to our sales partners and following them up
- Maintenance and documentation in our CRM system
- Customer loyalty management with our B2B partners

What you should bring with you
- Ideally completed training in the commercial field
- Initial experience in customer service would be desirable
- Pleasant, communicative personality
- Motivated, independent and structured way of working
- Organisational talent
- Pleasure in dealing with customers
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and reliability
- Fluent language skills in German and English, other foreign
languages are an advantage
