Job Description

Our client is a high-growth, cutting-edge global SaaS company leading the way in Digital Experience Management. They deliver a proven solution leveraged by 4 of the World’s top 6 Telecommunications companies, 3 of the top 5 Health Insurance companies, and 5 of the top 8 Healthcare companies.

Their fast-growing finance team is now looking for a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join their global HR team for the next phase of growth. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days a week at their Ft. Lauderdale, FL office.

Reporting to the HR Director, the ideal candidate will support their high, mid, and junior-level management, employee relations, and performance management and be a significant part of the recruitment process. This role will execute different HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Occasional travel is expected from time to time.

Requirements:
At least 2+ years of progressive HR experience within the Tech industry or a Start-Up environment - a must!
Experience advising, coaching, and guiding managers and employees.
Extensive knowledge of US regulation and benefits (401K, payroll, I9, medical programs, etc..)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
Ability to influence and advise business leadership.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good understanding of the business environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field is required.

Responsibilities:
Partner with senior and junior leadership to ensure the HR strategy is structured and functioning to support our business best.
Support the onboarding and payroll process for new and existing employees (through the TriNet system).
Advise, coach, and guide employees and managers.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
Work closely with executive/mid/junior level managers to align priorities and make sure the recruiting strategies execute well (including negotiation with candidates and contract stage)
Supporting employee’s lifecycle in the organization from the recruiting process to the onboarding, personal employees’ development, and end of employment.
