Senior UI/UX Developer (Poland/Hungary)
Company overview
Our client is a fast-growing business advisory and technology firm working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, data science, and digital transformation. They partner with global enterprise clients—especially in life sciences—to deliver AI-driven solutions that improve commercial operations, accelerate insight generation, and strengthen decision-making.

Role overview
They are hiring a Senior UI/UX Developer to lead end-to-end user experience work—spanning research, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution—for complex, data-driven enterprise applications. You will shape how users navigate dashboards, analytics tools, and workflow-heavy products, ensuring experiences are intuitive, accessible, consistent, and aligned with product and business goals. This role requires strong UX judgment, practical design-system thinking, and the ability to work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver designs that can be implemented cleanly and accurately.
Location: Remote, must be based in Poland or Hungary
Team: Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams across multiple geographies.

- Ensure consistency and usability across product touchpoints and workflows.
UI design & design systems
- Create high-quality UI designs aligned with brand and enterprise standards.

- Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives) and design reviews.
- Support implementation through clear handoff artifacts and ongoing collaboration (specs, annotations, acceptance criteria).
- Improve design-to-development workflows and consistency across releases.
Usability, quality & continuous improvement
- Conduct usability testing and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to iteratively improve the experience.
- Advocate for user-centered decisions using evidence, data, and clear rationale.
- Review and refine existing interfaces for usability, performance perception, and accessibility.
- Stay current on UI/UX tools, patterns, and best practices, applying what’s useful—not what’s trendy.

- Proficiency with tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid grounding in UX research methods, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience with complex, data-intensive products (dashboards/analytics/workflows) is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
