Our client is a multinational medical device company, a clear leader in its field. They are expanding their European team and looking for a Sales Manager to cover North Germany and the Netherlands. 


What You Bring

Extensive Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the medical device industry, with a strong focus on high-value capital equipment sales in imaging and/or therapeutic technologies to hospitals and academic centers.

Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of consistently closing complex capital deals, ideally involving disruptive or innovative technologies.

Market knowledge: Deep understanding of the clinical and commercial landscape in Neurosurgery, Neurology, and/or Radiology.

Established Network: A well-developed professional network within the German healthcare system is a strong advantage.

Business Development Acumen: Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure.

Self-Starter Mentality: Highly self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong conceptual and structured thinking skills, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to execution.

Excellent Communication: Fluent in both German and English - verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage credibly with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Collaborative Spirit: A true team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and contributes to shared success.

What You Will Be Doing 

Achieving and Exceeding Sales Targets: You will take full responsibility for meeting and surpassing your quarterly and annual sales targets, including orders, treatments, and revenue growth.

Strategic Territory Planning: You will develop and execute tailored sales strategies for your region that align with corporate objectives and marketing initiatives.

High-Impact Sales Presentations: You will deliver compelling presentations to hospital decision-makers and strategic accounts, clearly communicating the unique value proposition.

Industry Representation: As the face of the company, you will represent the company at congresses and industry events to boost visibility and strengthen our market presence.

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement: You will identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to enhance brand credibility and drive long-term growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Clinical Applications, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless execution and success in your territory.

Emotional Intelligence & Core Strengths: You possess key personal strengths, including resilience, positivity, problem-solving ability, customer focus, team spirit, and creative thinking.

Performance Reporting: You will prepare regular, data-driven sales reports using CRM tools, highlighting sales performance, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
