Job Description

Our client is a unique cybersecurity startup launching their operations in the US market. Their advanced Saas solutions are used for storing secrets used in DevOps.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join their team in the USA.

We are looking for a hands-on experienced Head of SDR that will be in charge to recruit, manage and grow the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team whose goal is to generate revenue by developing opportunities for the sales team according to our Sales targets.

Responsibilities include
First - Being a hands-on super SDR on your own with personal goals.
Recruit, train, and optimize a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
Create and manage the inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales/marketing programs, including choosing the tools and platforms needed to achieve the targets
Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
Create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
Provide management with rapid analytics and insights about the process and measurements and AI for improvement.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure continuous and productive cooperation and collaboration

REQUIREMENTS
Outbound calls & digital reach activities experience with the ability to run automation (hands-on)
Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
Experience selling into the Enterprise Cloud/IT/Security market
Technically adept, with the ability to understand our use cases and relate to our techie customers (Security Architects, DevOps Engineers)
Familiarity with at least one of the following relevant enterprise B2B cybersecurity products: Privileged Access Management (PAM), Zero-Trust Access (ZTA), Identity Management (IDM), Identity Providers (i.e Okta, Ping), Certificate Management (CMS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Encryption Key Management System (KMS), Hardware Security Module (HSM)
Basic familiarity with DevOps & Cloud ecosystem
