Job Description

Our client is a highly innovative medical device company that has begun the sales and marketing of its CE-marked and FDA approved AI device in Europe. They are now looking for an experienced salesperson in the UK to report directly to the CEO. This is a full-time, permanent position, 100% remote with regular travel.

Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
2. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
3. Proven experience in the sales of medical devices, preferably colonoscopy devices.
4. Excellent customer service and customer relations skills.
5. Familiar with target setting, forecasting, and sales management tools
6. Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
7. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
8. Motivation to work through busy shifts and to travel.
9. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company’s product in the UK.
2. Responsible for the whole marketing and sales life cycle of the product, from the positioning and marketing of the product, all the way through the initial contact with the medical centers to the closure of sales deals and follow-up with the customers.
3. Present, promote, and sell the product using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
4. Find out about and reach out to customer leads, and continue the relationships with current customers and leads.
5. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
6. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and the potential for new products and services.
