This is a senior individual contributor role with broad territorial responsibility, remote‑based with frequent travel across Europe.
Requirements:
- Strong sales background in Medtech, ideally in GI endoscopy or AI‑enabled GI solutions.
- Proven success selling into hospitals, GI units, and endoscopy centers across more than one European country.
- Existing relationships with gastroenterologists, endoscopy leads, KOLs, and hospital procurement are a decisive advantage.
- Consistent history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in territory planning, opportunity qualification, CRM discipline, and accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to engage both clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders.
- Comfortable with frequent international travel and working across cultures, languages, and health systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and business development activities across assigned European countries.
- Own the full commercial cycle: market mapping, account targeting, outreach, clinical evaluations, contracting, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of GI centers, private GI groups, and hospital systems across Europe.
- Present, promote, and sell the AI solution using strong clinical and economic arguments tailored to each audience.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with clinical users, KOLs, and purchasing stakeholders to drive adoption and usage.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and clinical teams to support reference sites, demos, trials, and congress activities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with reliable forecasting and disciplined account management.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership on customer needs, competitive activity, and opportunities for new features or products.
