Skills and Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s / Master’s in engineering or related Business degrees
7+ years of experience in similar positions, in medical devices companies
Experience in global environments
Responsibilities:
Product Management
Market Opportunities – Identify new opportunities to grow our line of products and capabilities (Commercial, Technologies, Indications in the regions, Modes of therapy, etc.)
Market Requirement - Collect market inputs from all regional stakeholders, to support future product development
Product Roadmap – Map and coordinate the product’s release generation plan, to best serve the regional needs and timelines
Business Models - Develop business models of product utilization, pricing, and offering to fit the regional market dynamics
Launch programs - Define and execute launch programs of new product releases in the region
Reimbursement – Collaborate with the regional reimbursement team to develop and secure reimbursement for our products
Competitive landscape – Monitor and provide inputs to the product’s competitive landscape
Pre & Post Sale
Lead discussions with prospects and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and the company’s research interests
Support the processes of the tender sale in the region, provide product inputs and enable growth in the region
Users’ meetings – Arrange and lead meetings with users in the region to collect feedback about the product
Marketing activities – Support downstream marketing activities in the region, relates to the products
Publications – Drive publication of key papers in the regions, relates to the product and the competitive differentiation
Partnerships & External Collaborations
Identify and drive strategic initiatives to support the product’s short- and long-term regional needs
Partnerships – Identify synergic opportunities and be the point person to enable local partnerships (Business, Academic, etc.)
Establish and maintain the relationship with luminary sites in strategic accounts
