Regional Sales Manager – MEA

Location: United Arab Emirates (Dubai)

Territory: Middle East & Africa (MEA)

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in front-line Medical Imaging capital equipment sales.

Specialization: Direct experience selling SPECT, SPECT/CT, and/or PET/CT systems is mandatory.

Network: An established clinical network within Nuclear Medicine departments across the MEA region is required.

Channel Management: Extensive experience in managing and "driving" third-party distributors to achieve regional sales targets.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders in an international business environment.

Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.

Corporate Background: Mandatory experience in nuclear medicine capital equipment sales within an international medical device company.


Position Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the MEA territory based on corporate objectives, focusing on account optimization and new business development.

Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction while striving to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.

Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market data, including competitor activity and individual medical center developments, for in-depth regional analysis.

Relationship Management: Prospect and develop relationships with both existing and potential hospital accounts to convert them to the company’s digital platform.

Internal Collaboration: Maintain strong internal relationships with the Tender, Customer Service, R&D, and Applications teams.

Clinical Education: Provide clear communication on product usage and ensure all customers are regularly trained and updated on relevant clinical data.

Operations: Secure and renew orders by coordinating product availability, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.

Event Representation: Attend industry trade shows and congresses as assigned, managing follow-up reports, lead generation, and correspondence.

Feedback Loop: Keep corporate headquarters informed of market receptivity, customer concerns, or emerging issues regarding products and services.
