Job Description

Our client's medical technology is a game-changing innovation that allows
performing non-invasive surgical procedures with surgical precision.

This is a home-office-based role somewhere in Europe close to a major airport.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
10 years experience in marketing communication in Europe.
Proven marketing campaign experience in various markets in Europe.
Experience in capital medical devices marketing.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and proven ability to manage budgets.
Professional and proactive work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Extensive experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PWP, SalesForce, Teams, Pardot, Hoot Suite, InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
Professional presence, ability to work with academic and business KOL’s.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of your working time.
Languages: Excellent English written and spoken is a must, additional languages like German, French, or Spanish are a bonus.
Location: Central in Europe near Airport

Responsibilities:
Content Development - responsible for the development and production of European-specific marketing communications materials including slides, brochures, posts, ads, and other creative assets.
Public Relations - assist, manage & coordinate public relations activities with various PR agencies in Europe.
Social Media - support and maintain European social media channels and content strategy.
Education & Tradeshows - execute & support patient, executive & clinician awareness & educational campaigns including industry tradeshows.
Operations and Administration - serve as the Marketing Lead for the internal approval process for all promotional material and various other administrative and operational duties as required.
Collaboration – participate in cross-functional team projects that may include internal departments such as sales, legal, regulatory, R&D, product development, and other geographic-specific teams.
Project Management - develop and maintain projects plans including weekly updates, key milestones & deliverable dates
