This is a home-based position with a flexible location anywhere between the Midwest to East of the US.

Job description:

Work directly with the Sr. Director of Sales and Business Development to lead the East region Sales organization and achieve superior results by growing business with existing customers, closing new opportunities, and new deals.

Increase sales velocity, activity, and/or win rates to exponentially increase the number of new opportunities monthly.

Attract, recruit, train, and retain exceptional sales talent and perspectives in the organization.

Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.

Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement in combination with developing a culture supporting safe, open, inclusive, and accepting working environments.

Build partnerships and work collaboratively with other colleagues and teams to meet goals and objectives. Promote cross-functional understanding.

Prioritize and coach to maximize the value of the company's assets while solving customer issues.

Have a command of the business as a whole and utilize analytical capabilities and deep tactical and strategic knowledge of their own business to perform diagnostics on the health of their business.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in sales leadership experience working with sales team nationwide. Managing 5+ people

Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Strong communication skills, showcase transparent and trust-building behaviors, adept at change management processes and execution.

In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.

Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep and sales leader progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Collaborative servant leadership style.

A proven track record of developing and winning new business - achievement/over-achievement versus
annual quota ownership.

Strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills.

Ability to travel +60% of the time.
