Job Description

Our client is a high-growth, cutting-edge global SaaS company leading the way in Digital Experience Management. They deliver a proven solution leveraged by 4 of the World’s top 6 Telecommunications companies, 3 of the top 5 Health Insurance companies, and 5 of the top 8 Healthcare companies.

Their fast-growing finance team is now looking for a highly motivated Finance Operations Billing Specialist. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days a week at their Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. 

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - an advantage
3-4 years experience in sales operations, finance, or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills
Flexible working hours (especially at the end of the month)
Responsible for tasks end-to-end
Self-learner with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies
Experience with NetSuite / Salesforce - Advantage
Accounting knowledge - Advantage
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Responsibilities:
Manage the billing cycle process end to end, from invoicing to collection.
Ensure billing cycles and AR balances are handled efficiently and accurately.
Sales Tax Management: Administer and maintain the sales tax process using Avalara to ensure compliance with state and local tax regulations. Reconcile and file sales tax reports in a timely manner.
Be the focal point for billing inquiries for external and internal interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, and Sales Operations.
Develop and implement data-driven projects to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our business models and products.
