Business Development Representative (BDR)

This is a part-time/flex-time, fully remote, contract role — built for someone who knows outbound and doesn’t need hand-holding.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound business development against a defined target account list
  • Generate and qualify pipeline through calls, direct outreach, and stakeholder mapping
  • Engage with decision-makers to set up calls and meetings
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data: pipeline, forecasts, and customer intelligence.

This is a hunter role. If you wait for inbound, this is not for you.

 

What We’re Looking For

You must bring:

  • 2+ years selling EOR and/or recruitment services to SMBs or startups in the US, Israel or Europe
  • OR
  • Proven BDR/SDR experience with outbound sales to Medtech or enterprise software companies

 

Additionally, you must have:

  • Demonstrated success in opening doors in greenfield territories
  • A strong hunter mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity
  • Proficiency in using Pipedrive, Apollo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar
  • Professional written and spoken English and Hebrew
  • Additionally, German is an advantage
