Wireless Sales Manager UK & Scandinavia

Responsibilities: 

  • Building value-based relationships within all layers of channel partners and customers.
  • Creating and running comprehensive account strategies.
  • Actively creating new business opportunities and matching customer business requirements our solutions portfolio.
  • Progressing opportunities through the sales cycle and closing business in line with forecasts, plans and targets.
  • Demonstrating a complete approach to business operations (forecast, quarterly commit, pipeline development).
  • Displaying leadership through sharing of knowledge/skills and acting as a source of expertise for others.
  • Partnering effectively with internal and external parties to build opportunities.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years Sales experience in a fast-growth, high technology company.
  • Experience with selling via channels in the wireless communication industry: a MUST
  • Must have track record of handling and achieving multi-million $$ quotas.
  • Work independently to meet agreed targets in line with company strategy
  • Strong selling skills in large accounts
  • Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability.
  • Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles is
  • essential. Must have experience in navigating the political dynamics of large
  • organizations.
  • Experience selling in a high technology and networking industry, and reasonable depth of knowledge of mobile technologies based in the Service
  • Provider environment.
  • Strong Relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication/presentation/negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a “result focused” environment.
  • Requires practical experience using influence management to achieve goals.
  • Must work well within a team environment.
  • Able to travel till 50% of the time in UK and Scandinavia.
