SALES MANAGER - Germany, Austria & Poland

Location: Berlin, Germany


Our client is an international leader in manufacturing of precision engineered hydraulic cylinders.


  • Market and competition mapping and developing market entry strategy for the region
  • Engage with OEM’s, truck dealers, tipper body builders, end customers and channel partners to generate/ manage sales from identified application segments
  • Engage with end customer through-out the customer life cycle (pre-sales-sales-delivery-service support)
  • Establish and manage appropriate channels for sales, service and repair of products in the region
  • Explore opportunities in new markets, customers and applications
  • Participation in preparing Sales and Cost budgets
  • Developing relationships with relevant interest groups / authorities
  • Contribute to generating marketing material
  • Leveraging relationships with existing global accounts

Skills & experience required:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Sales preferably in Truck Hydraulics. Experience in Commercial Vehicle or Industrial applications involving Sales through a dealer network would also do.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the region
  • Preferably a native of Germany, proficiency in German. Knowledge of Polish would be an advantage
  • Global exposure / experience with a keen understanding of the German, Polish and Austrian markets
