Our client is a pre-IPO startup, a leading provider of industry-leading, cutting-edge authentication solutions for hybrid & multi-cloud environments.
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a sales and sales engineering overlay to ensure that the products are positioned correctly in order solve authentication problems in a complicated environment. You will be responsible for conducting in-person and remote product demonstrations, articulating the technical value of the solution and ensuring successful POCs. You will also be responsible for communicating customer requirements to the Product Team.
The position is home office based on the East Coast and requires appr 25% travel to US locations - mainly East Coast + TX customers.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years hands-on presales experience with security software / authentication / identity management
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory and authentication protocols: NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, OpenID, SAML a MUST.
  • UNIX/Linux and Windows system administration experience a MUST.
  • Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate the “big picture”, identify customers’ business challenges and architect a solution to solve them.
  • CISSP – advantage.
  • Experience in working remotely.
