Our client is an emerging leader with unique digital contact center and customer engagement solutions.

They are urgently looking for a high-performing Sales Executive reporting to the Global VP Sales, based home office, Northeast US.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise software solutions to medium and large enterprise in the financial services industry
  • Education: BSc/BA or equivalent degree
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close in a small, early-stage startup
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience with contact center, call center or related enterprise software sales

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
  • Create Leads and convert to opportunities through effective lead generation process
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Create and manage pipe line of opportunities
  • Manage consultative sales cycles
  • Ensure the proposed sales and solutions capitalize on strengths and can be implemented successfully
