Fiber-Speed Wireless Internet Regional Sales Manager DACH - based Germany

Job location: Germany

Our client is a global leader in the fiber-speed wireless internet niche. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for DACH based in Germany (home-office based).

• 3+ years sales and account management experience in wireless internet industry selling to enterprise
• Work independently to meet agreed sales targets in line with company strategy is crucial
• Strong selling skills in large accounts as well as sound knowledge and experience in selling complex solutions
• Fluent English and German
• Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability.
• Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles is essential.
• Experience selling in a high technology and networking industry, with knowledge of mobile technologies used in the Service Provider environment.
• Excellent communication/presentation/negotiation skills
• Must exhibit the ability to think strategically and demonstrate initiative
• Ability to work under pressure in a “result focused” environment
• Must work well within a team environment
• Able to travel 50% of the time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively creating new business opportunities and matching customer business requirements to the solutions portfolio.
  • Progressing opportunities through the sales cycle and closing business in line with forecasts, plans and targets.
  • Demonstrating a complete approach to business operations (forecast, quarterly commit, pipeline development).
  • Building value-based relationships within all layers of potential customers
  • Creating and running comprehensive account strategies.
  • Displaying and sharing of knowledge/skills and acting as a source of expertise for customers
  • Partnering effectively with internal and external parties to build solutions
