Sales Development Representatives for Enterprise Saas (UK)

They are currently seeking highly driven Sales Development Reps to join their expanding Sales team in Reading. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of new business pipeline generation ideally over the telephone within an Enterprise capacity and closing opportunities in directly or with a partner ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Booking Introduction Calls for our Inside Sales Representatives as well as Face to Face meetings for our Strategic Account Managers.
  • Manage, Triage and disposition all MQL’s (Marketing Qualified Leads) to ensure we get the most qualified of those to our Sales Organization.
  • Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales/meeting objectives.
  • Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with influential contacts within Key Accounts through Strategic Prospecting.
  • Focus on understanding an organizations business drivers, challenges, pain points and how Panaya solutions map to these.
  • Align with Inside & Field Account Executives to effectively devise territory plans and account profiles.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, business objectives etc.
  • Utilize and leverage internal technology to manage marketing leads effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press.
  • Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics such as Calls Made, Talk Time, MQL SLA’s etc.
  • Follow a clear and defined Qualification Process.
  • Occasion travel for customer events, training and/or meetings may be required.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

  • A demonstrable track record of success within a telemarketing, lead generation, cold calling or new business sales capacity (ideally within the Enterprise space).
  • Presentation skills via web based tools will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills – Ability to build meaningful business relationships with Panaya customers, prospects and internal colleagues.
  • Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance, deliverables and deadlines.
  • A Can do attitude is a must.
  • Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods if needed.
