COO - Dental Implants, Switzerland

Our client is one of the fastest growing quality dental implant manufacturers. They are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial COO.

As COO, you will be part of the management team and responsible for the day-to-day operations with focus on sales and revenues. You will be working closely with and reporting to the CEO. 

Responsibilities:

  • Full direct responsibility for the daily operational business of the entire company 
  • Budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of monthly, quarterly and annual targets and revenues 
  • Continuous operational improvement of the organisation 
  • Strategic and operational hiring and development of team within company 
  • Driving the global markets both in terms of global distributors and direct markets. 
  • Co-ordination of all sales operations between HQ and markets. 
  • Formulating acquisition strategy for entering new markets in co-ordination with CEO 

Job requirements:

  • Outstanding management and leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • 7-10 yrs experience in running business units / sales-oriented teams in an international environment preferably in medical / healthcare / dental industry
  • Proven track record in driving performance, revenues and organisational management 
  • Conceptional strength in formulating and responding to sales strategies in different markets 
  • Experience in building organisations and design lean effective processes 
  • Excellent communicational skills to external and internal stakeholders 
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German (other languages an advantage) 
  • Self-driven, proactive and pragmatic, with sound judgment and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
