Technical Support Engineer - Dusseldorf

Location:  Dusseldorf, Germany

Job Description and Purpose:

Our client is a is one of the major lift companies in the European and global market.

  • Deliver effective & immediate technical customer support to the rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to customers while also ensure the completeness of sales offers / orders from a technical perspective.
  • Reporting to: General Manager
 Key Responsibilities
  • Service on site
  • Checking of new installations 
  • Technical support by cell phone to all customers
  • Sale of spare parts
  • Supply of warranty spare parts
  • Warehouse management
  • Providing clients with the necessary information (technical description, manuals, certificates etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Educational Qualifications of 
    Technical Education in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Work Experience requirements:
  • 3 years in Technical Support
  • Desired experience mainly in lift industry (installations, maintenance)
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, team work, negotiation, patience and self - restraint, time - management.
  • Very good PC skills (Ms Office)
  • Languages: German (Fluent), English (Basic/Mid-level)
 

Working Conditions:
  • Availability for travelling abroad or within the country, overtime, etc.
