About The Company: 

The company's product allows business users to analyze humongous amounts of data without being experts and without help from IT. We are looking for a superstar Customer Success Manager. Customer Success Managers are viewed as trusted partners by our account base. Tenacious, focused and well-organized individuals, the Customer Success Manager will become a key member of our team in New York City. The Core responsibilities of this role involve managing relationships with users and decision makers in the account, managing revenue and growth objectives, being accountable for customer and partner satisfaction.
The superior candidate will demonstrate core traits of ambition, resilience in the face of adversity, genuine curiosity about customer’s business needs and ability to custom tailor solutions for a variety of scenarios.

What You’ll Do?

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. 
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. 
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and growth objectives in assigned accounts Proactively asses, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. 
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

What should You have?

  • Minimum 5-6 years of SaaS/cloud account management experience (Inside Sales)
  • CAN DO approach is a MUST!
  • Strong technical orientation 
  • Previous experience working successfully with a quarterly targets
  • Solid grasp of solution selling concepts and associated metrics
  • Excellent phone & email & social communication skills
  • Strong ability in problem resolution, team building, dealing with ambiguity, with a demonstrated ability to think at a strategic level.
  • College degree

Knowledge of salesforce.com is a plus
Business Intelligence experience is a plus
