Field Marketing Manager - Enterprise Software (USA)

Position is based in Hackensack, NJ

Our client is looking for a marketing expert to directly manage & execute marketing activities in the NAM market. This is a great opportunity for a senior marketing professional who wants to take the next step in his or her career and work in the marketing team who’s taking the enterprise software industry by a storm.

Key goals:

  • Align marketing plan and execution with NAM region needs
  • Execute offline and online event strategy that meet corporate and field objectives e.g. leads to Sales, awareness, advance major accounts, Industry/trade/User group, Partner events
  • Localize marketing programs (offline and online) based on region needs

Key focus:

  • Plan and execute all regional, in the field events
  • Improve ROI from in the field events by:
  • A- Online activities (webinars, social, email)
  • B- Offline activities (large/small events)
  • C- Focused Resource management
  • Help support overall marketing activities
  • Improve and increase database in the region

Responsibilities:

  • Align marketing program strategy with region needs on an annual/ quarterly/monthly cycle.
  • Set strategy, Plan and run regional events (with support from corporate marketing team and in coordination with Sales teams).
  • Online Lead generation consistent with regional sales capacity.
  • Liaise with Partner organization to run joint “in the field” marketing activities with partners.
  • Measure and track online/offline events performance.

Travel:

  • 2-3 times a quarter

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B2B/B2E Marketing programs experience (at least 3 years),
  • Field event management experience,
  • Strong interface with Sales and Partners,
  • People skills,
  • Analytical skills (planning, measuring, and analyzing marketing program results),
  • Marketing automation experience (Marketo – Major advantage),
  • Experience working with remote peers/managers – advantage.
