Enterprise Account Executive - Cloud Storage Software - Milan

Location: Milan, Italy

Our client is a fast-growing startup in the space of cloud storage urgently seeking an Account Executive to develop an enterprise customer base in Italy.  The ideal candidate would possess an equal balance of enterprise account management experience and territory/business development expertise.


  • Target and develop Fortune 500  enterprise accounts in your region
  • Work closely with strategic alliance partners
  • Manage relationships at all levels within the targeted accounts
  • Conduct solution presentations to customers and prospects
  • Forecast and report  opportunities in a timely manner
  • Interface with customers upon requests, and visit on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with internal resources/team members to enable successful execution of closed deals and ensure customer satisfaction

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in enterprise storage or software sales
  • Knowledgeable in cloud storage and networking technologies
  • Experience in working with both small companies, as well as big ones
  • Financial sector experience
  • Understanding of customer requirements & processes in the area of storage solutions
  • Ability to drive sales from the early stages of prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals (entire sales cycle)
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Self-starter and independent (home office)
  • Willing to travel locally quite extensively
  • Able to build and foster long-term relationships, develop champions and drive the client purchasing process
