Sales Development Representatives

Location: Manhattan

 

Our client is a pre-IPO startup with solid funding in the enterprise software arena focusing on business data analysis and intelligence. 

They are looking for a team of fast-paced and high-energy sales hunters for incoming lead qualification and development to cover the whole of the US market. This role involves researching companies and contacts, inbound and outbound campaigns, and qualifying each opportunity and then forwarding it to one of the Account Execs.

The role:
The Sales Development Rep (SDR) works with demand generation to uncover and create new opportunities which results in closed business.
Connecting with prospects using phone and email and responding to all inbound leads
Procuring quality opportunities on a weekly and monthly basis
Documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM
Working closely with the sales team to accelerate sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts

What should You have?

  • Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales experience (selling over the phone, cold calling)
  • B2B sales experience - preferably large enterprise
  • Proven over achievement record with an aggressive hunter mentality - pls show targets for the past 3 yrs
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills
  • Methodological and organized
  • Salesforce.com expertise
