Post Sales Customer Manager Europe - MRI

Locations to choose: based anywhere in Germany, Spain, Italy or UK.

 

Our client is a global leader in medical imaging technology.

This position plays a critical role in building and developing the installed base within new and existing account facilities in Europe. The major responsibility is to grow the utilization of the main imaging solution. This will be accomplished through a variety of activities including installation and training coordination, marketing support, reimbursement support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides single point of contact for the customers in the assigned region,
  • Provides clients with product information, demonstrations, etc.,
  • Responsible for both procedural growth and customer’s satisfaction within the territory,
  • Manage expenses within budget,
  • Manage key customers relationships,
  • Work closely with the reimbursement team to establish clear per site reimbursement path,
  • Manage training and education process within installed base,
  • Lead new system installation process,
  • Active involvement in weekly and quarterly execution plans,
  • Analysis and troubleshooting abilities,
  • Extensive travel 50% of the time.

Skills & experience required:
Post Sales customer support experience with MRI-related systems or similar medical capital equipment, 
Working in hospitals and with hospitals as potential customers in Europe, primarily in Germany, Spain, Italy or UK,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 
Computer literate, 
Key account management experience a plus.
